Aberdeen - Laurencekirk NESTRANS study

Thank you to everyone who responded to the NESTRANS Aberdeen - Laurencekirk multi modal study! Over 1100 people gave their thoughts, and demand for rail in Cove and Newtonhill was heard loud and clear! In total, 1104 people responded, of that, 47% indicated they'd like a station in Cove, and 42% indicated they'd like a station in Newtonhill. Considering the study covered the entire area between Aberdeen and Laurencekirk, these numbers are a great result! CNER will be contacting NESTRANS to discuss the study results and follow up on next steps, stay tuned. For those who are interested, you can find the study here:
